From White to Orange

Not sure what happened originally to this post, but I am very thankful to those who let me know. I was unable to get to a computer until this morning - I guess I've had about everything to go wrong - not trying to borrow trouble - but I am hoping this one comes through! I keep a folder on file for each post with the text and pictures, now I see a good reason why!
God Bless,
Kathy

Loquat

I am so excited! My gardening friend shared a little
Loquat tree with me a couple of years back. In that time
it has been growing to about 6 feet tall. It is gorgeous!
The leaves remind me a bit of the Magnolia tree
that once stood where it now stands. We had to
cut down that magnificent Magnolia because
its roos were undermining our foundation.
I had always wanted a Magnolia – but, I so
love my house all the more!
So, I planted this loquat not knowing what to expect.
This late fall, it is producing volumes of tiny white blossoms
that will mature in Winter to become these little
orange gems! I can’t wait!
I will see what I can do with this fruit and
share it with you then.
Little balls of sunshine in the depths of Winter!

I am sharing this post with

I sure do appreciate it when you stop by!
Wishing you a very Delightsome day,

Kathy
